Welcome

The 5th Superconducting SFQ VLSI Workshop (SSV 2012) will be held on December 6th and 7th, 2012. The conference venue will be the "Lecture Hall in the Building for Graduate School of Environmental Studies," Nagoya University. (See the "Venue" page for detail.)


Scope & Aims:

The workshop aims at providing an opportunity to discuss key aspects of SFQ VLSI technologies. Latest results related to device fabrication, circuit design, function testing, and system integration will be exchanged.
